Federal express Driver Complaint

Tried to contact Federal Express on this issue but could not get through. Ref: tracking-number 180930****49

.

The driver on the route where I live at the Christopher Court Condominiums in Montgomery Village, Maryland keeps leaving my expensive orders on a landing on outside steps leading to my condo, open to the elements, that is actually a common area.

I gave a tracking number to a package above as an example of one such delivery but he does this with all my deliveries since I complained about him in June. I suppose he thinks this is spiteful and he thinks he is okay by leaving my packages (sometimes large boxes from Walmart) on a landing which about 25 feet from my door which he thinks is my property, but isn't. I actually have a large covered porch where other professional delivery people will leave packages. They don't leave them on a landing below.

The package cited above is just an example and has been delivered. I had to haul it up from the landing. I have included the tracking number so you can identify the driver. I believe it is probably the same driver I have complained about before.

I thought he had been disciplined or terminated. That previous complaint was in June when he dumped large packages near my porch when there was a large sign posted there indicating the tracking numbers and that they were being refused. He just knocked down the large piece of cardboard with the sign on it blocking the entrance and just dumped the large boxes, so that fell sideways. He was belligerent after confronted and would not take the packages back until instructed to do so by a supervisor.I do not know if it is the same driver but from that point on when I order mostly from Walmart, the boxes are all left on a landing between stairs leading to my a condo.

My condo has a large porch where packages can be left near my door. Other non Fed Express deliveries are left there.Your driver deliberately leaves my boxes on a landing about 25 feet down from my door. I guess he thinks this is spiteful and that the landing belongs to me. Again, It is part of the condos common area.

These boxes are left on the landing, not near my door. They can be soaked with rain if I do not know they are down there. In fact one was. One was left there, I believe it was your driver also, from Amazon and belonged to a unit several doors down.

I hope you can get rid of this guy or reassign him. Boxes should be left near the door of the residence. I received feedback before from a rep when I issued the June complaint and I though this driver had been reprimanded or reassigned.

This community has all sorts of residents including seniors. They should not be treated in such a manner.

These "professional" resume writers are anything but that. I did not have a federal resume, as I did not feel confident in my ability to produce one, I sent them a very underdeveloped template I started in USAJOBS and a copy of a civilian resume. All they did was jumble the two resumes together, with no regard for formatting, add in some KSA's and call it a federal resume. The "lead" editor Scott, even copied the exact same bullets from one job position to the next. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, and then was super dismissive when I attempted to have a dialogue with him about my issues. So much for 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I typically would NEVER write a review or say anything negatively loosely about someone's business but I'm telling you..DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I only wish I had found this page before I gave them my money. I am a transitioning service member who do not have money to waste. Very disappointing.

Total mess. Scott made a mess of it cut and pasted from my resume onto his and then wrote in his style to put the resume look like a convoluted mess

What a waste of money!

I paid $299.95 + 50.00 for a rush fee for a federal resume (GS-13 position) -I already had a federal resume - all they had to do was update. -They couldn't even manage that! -I received this awful excuse for a resume back -- it was written in 7 FONT ! WHO CAN READ 7 FONT! There was no white space at all. All of the paragraphs were butted up against each other. Actually they weren't paragraphs, just a bunch of bullets in front of half-sentences. they bulleted all the titles too - from top to bottom the entire page was bulleted! They obviously didn't even read it! I asked them if they read it and they kept saying they knew what it would take to get me hired in the federal sector. I said that i have WORKED IN THE FEDERAL SECTOR FOR 10 YEARS! I just wanted my previously professionally written resume updated! --It was a total *** job. In response, they increased to 9 font-- gee thanks. After that, they quit answering my emails. I had to spend another $300 to get the resume rewritten. -This company is a ripoff, they are not experts. They are a joke and do not care about customer service.

If you want an expensive editing service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This is the worst resume company I ever worked with. I paid 200 dollars in hopes the editor would revise my current resume to have a better opportunity to be an eye catcher.

All that was done was copy and paste my resume, add a few periods and redid title placement. They sent my resume back EXACTLY as the first submission. When contacting customer service, there answer was per policy, they don't change the position history.

If you want a company that puts no real effort in customer service or help you with rebuilding your resume then this company is for you. Needless to say I paid for an expensive editing service and got ripped off..

Do not waste your money on federal resume experts!

I recently lost the chance at a federal job due to the lack of detail in my resume. I was told by the hiring authority I needed to express my work experience in more detail. So I started looking for a professional resume writing company. I ended up with federal resume experts. They promised a comprehensive resume that showed my background and skills in forestry. They led me to believe that the editor would know what specific terms to use in correlation with my field. Well signed up and paid online. Sent my resume and work history outline to the editor the next day. The outline was there just give the editor a background in what I have done in my 5 years of experience (total of three pages). Two days later I receive an email saying my resume was ready. Within the first five lines of the page I was mad. Literally just copied and pasted everything I sent him. No replacing certain words with key words, nothing just copied and pasted. Bullet points were not in order and not aligned up properly. Because they just copied and pasted a brief outline there were words misspelled, grammatical errors in every page. They took that outline which was just a description for them use as a reference and used it in my resume without changing anything, they did not even check it for issues. The only portion of the resume that they came up with was personality descriptions that they repeated over and over. I am sorry but how many times in a resume does it need to state that "I am a self-starter or a team player." They literally started each bullet off with "possess ability" twenty times in a row under the knowledge ability section of my resume. Twenty, really, could you not use another phrase, at least some of the time? Needless to say I emailed the editor back and someone shortly called me back. He proceeded to advise me that they only copy your work history and do not change anything in that section. He did agree that the resume that was sent needed corrections and advise me to give them a chance to revise the resume. So after going back and forth for thirty minutes about the terms and conditions I decided to give it a shot allow them to revise the resume. I spent the next two hours correcting the resume before I sent it back. I wanted to show the editor how many flaws were in the resume. I did it through the track changes just so all the editor had to do was click and correct. I left brief notes in there when something was confusing or not correct. I went through that resume thoroughly like they should have done before submitting. Well sent it back Friday 8/15/2014 at 11:00 am. Sent an email asking when it may be revised 8/19/2014 at 10:00 am and received the so called revised resume at 1:14 p.m. Wow it is worse than before, literally everything that needed re wording or slightly corrected was left the same or the whole sentence was removed. Not fixed or reworded or corrected for spelling, just removed! Important descriptions that need to be in the resume were just removed instead of fixed. All I can say is do not waste your money on these people. They are crooks, they promise a finished product that will help you get the dream you always wanted, but yet give you a product that is useless. They hide behind their terms and conditions to avoid refunding your money, stating that everyone can request their money back and still use the resume. Well I can promise you this; the resume I received WILL NOT BE USED. Starting from scratch yet again. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company, in the end you will end up spending more money than it is worth having someone else fix the resume. Sincerely, A very disappointed customer

Federal Resume Experts- NOT WHAT THEY ARE ADVERTISED TO BE

I cannot stress this fact enough: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE UTILZING THEIR SERVICES. It is not clear on the website that you are only allowed to submit one vacancy announcement with your application package, and if you do submit more than one vacancy announcement, your assigned editor will pick the job they want to create the resume for. Well because I submitted more than one job announcement, my editor selected the job closing the earliest and then charged me an additonal $50 because it was considered expedited. I did not get a say in which job I wanted the editor to write the resume for!! The company does not issue refunds. The customer service is rude and not very helpful. Also the "terms" state they can charge your original method of payment without your constent or knowledge, if they determine "additonal service" are needed for your resume. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

What was "sold" on the phone was not what I got!

My military to federal resume was FULL of typo's and ridiculous errors. I looked computer generated. It was clear they did not understand the military aspect like they advertise. It was NOT a quality product nor one I would submit to apply for a job. I have to put in as much effort as if I just did it on my own. I was told I got LIFETIME updating of KSA's-- for more than one job. Lifetime KSA creation, again I asked specifically "for more than 1 job"? Customer service (same guy all the time) said YES. Then I got billed ANOTHER $100 for them to create a second job resume. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Failure To Listen To The Customer

This review is for a company called: federalresumeexpert.com. Paid $200 for a basic federal resume for my daughter. Told them via email that I wanted to speak to a writer first before one key was pressed to create a new resume. I wanted to provide addtional information and guidance to the writer. The assigned writer sent me an email three days later introducing himself. I let him know that I wanted to talk to him before any work is done. No calls from him nor does he provide a phone number for me. Then within a day, viola! He sent me a completed resume. Really! It was ***. He simply re-arranged the not so good resume (prepared by my daughter) that I sent in with my application. I sent a email in which I express my utter disbelief and anger with how things are going. He tells me via email that the agreement I "signed" makes it clear that they do all their business via email..no phone calls. What BS. If you go to their site, some of the "glowing" reviews appearing on the left margin of the screen reference phone conversations. I have used one or more resume writers in the past this is the worst. Stay away!

Don't use FEDeral Resume Experts

Do not use FEDeral Resume Experts. This business does not do not do what it advertises and it provides shoddy resume writing services. This is your money so spend it wisely. I recommend that you find another resume writing service and research any potential company. Check the better business bureau, online reviews, etc. and be sure speak to a live human being before doing anything. If you've had a bad experience with F.R.E., you should consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Who knows if it will do any good but you can save another person from losing his money.

FEDERALRESUMEEXPERTS.COM FRAUD

Where do I begin, this company is not a company, it is a one man show Isn't that right Bryce. I found their phone number called and enquired about the service. I was told one thing and then given another. When I contacted them by phone, I was never informed of their Terms of serive which are drastically different than what I was told and what the web site advertises. You are not informed of the Terms of Serivce until it is too late. Then the product they provide is nothing but copy and pasting, made up information and they do not "work" with you. SCAM SCAM SCAM.. When I recieved my documents, I have attempted to contact a supervisor or anyone other than Bryce, I have tried and ***'t to try to call and always get a voice mail. No response. I have reported Bryce who also wrote to me stating he IS NOTan employee to the BBB and the Maryland State Attorny Office. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Federal Resume Experts...100% FRAUD!

This company is a total ***, DO NOT waste your money. They just copy and paste your resume without contacting you for any suggestions or advice. The resume will be ready within hours after he charges you credit card. I agreed with the others, it's a one man show company. After he takes your money, you will never hear for him again. I tried several times leaving voice messages and email, he will not return your call. This company doesn't know what they are doing, he will rob you blind. BBB needs to shut this guy down for good.

Their Resumes are Worthless and Their Service Worse

I spent $300 for a resume and what did I get? I'm still trying to figure that out, but it clearly was nothing that would get me hired. When I asked for answers to a few questions I received no response (despite this being something they promise). When I showed the resume they gave me to folks they just laughed. I suppose I should have done a little more research before selecting this company. I spent $300 for a resume and what did I get? VERY DISTRUBED

After, I had purchased this service online, I was contacted by colleague who had thoroughly researched this company, only to find out that there are multiple complaints about their service. I also contacted FederalResumeExpert by phone and email to request an refund, which was long before I received their product. A person by the name of Bryce contacted me via email to tell me that he is currently working on my resume, and to be patient. This company totally refused my demand and never contacted me by phone. Also, the information posted at their website is so false. A total rip off!!!
