After, I had purchased this service online, I was contacted by colleague who had thoroughly researched this company, only to find out that there are multiple complaints about their service. I also contacted FederalResumeExpert by phone and email to request an refund, which was long before I received their product. A person by the name of Bryce contacted me via email to tell me that he is currently working on my resume, and to be patient. This company totally refused my demand and never contacted me by phone. Also, the information posted at their website is so false. A total rip off!!! 1297c7f
