This company is not who they say they are. PLEASE avoid them like the great plague. I wrote my resume but I was looking for someone help edit it to look more presentable. Wow... What can I say.. it was just a bunch of garbage. Ive been assigned to *** through resumes and if I ever saw something like what they sent me it would go immediatly in the trash. Nothing they added put anything that helped explain my experiance. It was just a bunch of pre-written, templated trash that was cut and pasted. I had wrote "Bryce" and asked him advice but he clearly stated that they dont write resumes. They just add buzzwords".They also lie on thier website saying free revising and updating/. You have 1 days to respond for an update
Thier terms and Conditions are 10 pages long and contradict what they advertise?.
This one just *** me off "CREDIT CARD DISPUTE WAIVER” PROVISION:we do not offer refunds on services provided/. You assume and expressly understand and agree that all sales on this Site are final and waive your right to dispute payment to Federal Resume Experts with your credit card provider!." --- They know there service is crap so they put this in thier/.
Stuff like "Federal Resume Experts cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy/."
ANd Stuff like "ALL LIFETIME KSA CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) REQUEST PER MONTH AND MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE "
And " You must contact your assigned editor the SAME DAY your federal resume is provided to you for your assigned editor to make one (1) federal resume revision regardless of satisfaction, or you assume and expressly understand and agree that YOU will be solely responsible for making any and all revisions to your federal resume"
To that person that thought this resume service is so great you are might have got someone else than we did;. This service is a Scam!! I personally filed a credit card dispute. Even though they put in thier about the "credit card dispute waiver" I really dont think that was legal to put in terms in conditions.
Never use this company if you want a real Federal Government Resume or KSAs or your information will be put in the trash like mine was.

He copy and pasted over a bullet point section at the top and near the bottom (no idea if it will help for the job rating). That was the extent of it. I also paid for KSA service and what he sent me back was total crap. He wrote very little and basically copy and pasted what I had written in my resume to the KSA. What he did write was total BS. Didn't even make sense. My own fault for not looking at reviews first. I suspect Bryce is the sole owner/operator of this sham of a business. He didn't respond to my request to redo the KSA portion. |

They are too expensive. they have 15 offices but one man answering the telephone which is the owner. Told me he could have my resume within one week. its been three months and nothing. not answering their phone but cashing your check for their services. |

To me, I think Eric is the same person as Bryce, who seems to be writing resumes for all the victims from this site. I was in the same situation, paid for but didn't get the service. This is a fraudulant internet business. Buying their service is like throwing money in a trash can. So don't be another victim. Before before I bought the service, I called and talked to Eric over the phone and he ensured me the service that I would get for the amount of money. I didn't do research to review their service first and I just paid them and they sent blank documents so they have excuses saying that they delivered the service but it's my fault that I can't open them. After multiple contacts, I still have not get my refund back nor the service that I paid for. Don't be their next victim. Don't use them !!!! This is a rip off !!! |

He has added all pre-written text which is not relevant to my resume. I am trying to reach him more than 5 times but he is not responding. I am so unhappy with this services and can some one suggest if we can get out money back or not. Any help appreciated. I will not use this company any more. |

Bryce wrote mines as well, it was the same exact resume that I sent them, what made it even worse is that I did my purchase over the phone and was never told that there was a 21 day wait for KSA's my resume was the SAME EXACT RESUME! They could have atleast informed me to go online and read their disclaimer of how thier products work before paying. I was never told any of that! and what federal job do you know that is open for 21days unless its a longterm hiring position. And Bryce, yeah he must be the ONLY ALLEGED HIRING MANAGER! They took information write off of the web site and copied and pasted it into my resume!!!! The sad part is I was telling the guy who answers the phone ERIC , that I was litterally spending my last dime, becuase I really wanted to get in with the federal government. Now that they have ripped me off, Ive called twenty times with no answer! |

The resume that I recieved back from them was the exact same resume that I originally sumbitted. WORD FOR WORD. They did not "edit" a single thing in the resume. Do NOT waste your money on these jokers. |

Wow Bryce must be one awsone person to hold down a Physicist postion a Computer specialist position and have time to write resumes. Avoid these people and we will see about that no refund policy I am pretty sure I can extract at least ten times the cost of the resume in heart ache. |
